Metrobank is seeking a Bancassurance Strategy Manager to enable and support the Bank's Bancassurance channels and Insurance partners to drive overall execution of the Bank's Bancassurance strategy to achieve business goals.

The Bancassurance Strategy Manager will act as Relationship Manager for Bancassurance channels, Partners, branches, subsidiaries/affiliates, vendors, and various units, ensuring alignment with the Bank's strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing leads referral, selling, processing, payments and product development of insurance products in partnership with AXA/CHARTER/OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of a Marketing or Business course.
  • At least 4 years equivalent experience leading a sales team with success in coaching others to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Highly driven and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, demanding targets and navigating through complex organization structures.
