About the Role

The Senior Relationship Manager position is responsible for growing the Bancassurance business by developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue. This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Bancassurance business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Bancassurance channels, Partners, branches, subsidiaries/affiliates, vendors, and various units.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree from a college/university, preferably a graduate of a Marketing or Business course.
  • Has at least 7 years equivalent experience in program management, product management, relationship management, strategic partnerships, sales leadership and execution in Banking/Finance or Insurance industry.
  • Has at least 4 years equivalent experience leading a sales team with success in coaching others to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Strong working knowledge in all MS Office applications, focusing on Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Highly driven and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, demanding targets and navigating through complex organization structures.
