Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive our contact center and unified communication platform. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our customer engagement solutions.

Your primary focus will be on Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center, as well as another UC Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

You will identify and resolve complex problems with business communication systems, provide technical consultation support, and lead projects as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to implement configurations, programming changes, and training sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center and another UC Platform.
  • Provide technical consultation support to customers across the globe.
  • Lead projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement configurations, programming changes, and training sessions.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems with business communication systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud, with a strong background in contact center industry and 5-7 years' experience in any other Telephony platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Genesys products, including multiple use cases for various industries.
  • Ability to create Private, Public SIP Trunks with multiple Carriers and third-party ACDs.
  • Understanding of ITIL model of service delivery, SLAs, contracts, and supporting global customers in a 24*7 environment.
  • Strong technical background, good understanding, and knowledge of Software Architecture, Integration capabilities, and Data models.
  • Ability to support global customers in a 24*7 environment.
