Job Description:

As a Key Project Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of software solutions or process changes that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will develop and execute comprehensive project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and oversee the successful deployment of these solutions.

In addition, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the new systems and processes, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation consulting, business process analysis, or project management is required, with a strong background in retail industry implementation.

You should also possess excellent proficiency in software configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
