We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Writer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
* Develop concepts and messages for various digital touchpoints, including websites, banner ads, emails, video scripts, and more
* Work closely with the Content and Email Marketing teams to create compelling copy for campaigns, product launches, newsletters, and nurture streams
* Collaborate with the Content and Product Marketing teams to define website copy needs and write persuasive copy that turns site visitors into loyal advocates
* Edit blogs for grammatical and technical accuracy, adhering to SEO best practices
* Maintain a passion for words and a deep understanding of how to engage readers
* Ensure all messaging is 'on brand' and aligned with our company's identity

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree;
* 1-3 years' experience as a copywriter;
* Ability to write captivating, inspiring copy that meets a wide range of client needs and expectations
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively among colleagues
* Understanding of brand identity and the importance of maintaining a consistent tone across multiple verticals (human resource, compensation, healthcare, financial, higher education, consumer, etc.)
* Impeccable eye for detail and strong editing/proofing skills;
* Familiarity with SEO requirements
