We are seeking a General Administration Officer to support our day-to-day operations at SHIMIZU-ULTICON-TAKENAKA JOINT VENTURE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing company events

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping

  • Provide administrative support for HR and accounting functions, including record-keeping, reporting, and analysis

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred, along with proven experience (1–3 years) in general administration roles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in general administration roles

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with office management software is a plus (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
