General Administration Officer

We are seeking a General Administration Officer to support our day-to-day operations at SHIMIZU-ULTICON-TAKENAKA JOINT VENTURE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services
Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing company events
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping
Provide administrative support for HR and accounting functions, including record-keeping, reporting, and analysis
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred, along with proven experience (1–3 years) in general administration roles.
