We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at R.M. Printing Press Shop.

About the Role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and coordinate daily activities
  • Handle communication effectively and maintain office organization
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in an administrative role preferred

Experience:

  • Proven track record of providing excellent administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office management or customer service a plus

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively
