Nonvoice Service Specialist

As a Nonvoice Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients. This includes answering phone calls, checking mail and internet mail, and communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence.
Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to achieve a full understanding of their concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- BPO experience a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work onsite and within a 25-35km radius
