We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a fractional capacity.
This role requires expertise in technical support, customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
- Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting.
- Shared resource: Supporting up to 4 clients.
- Remote role: Requires a 100mbps (download & upload speed) internet connection and a professional work setup.
