Job Title: Client Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to account management, digital advertising, and marketing analytics in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves monitoring and responding to client communications, escalating critical issues as needed. You will take detailed call notes, assign follow-ups, and document updates in CRM systems. Additionally, you will support the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns, including pacing reviews.

Key responsibilities include extracting, preparing, and monitoring campaign performance data from various platforms. You will also assist in budget tracking, vendor allocations, monthly reconciliations, and PO/SOWBA processing. Furthermore, you will review and reconcile invoices prior to client billing.

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Relevant academic or professional experience is preferred, with up to 2 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate interest in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or media buying.

You should possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, and knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity, problem-solving, or analysis is also beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently are also required.
