Dental Insurance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and process claims, resolve issues, and provide support to our clients. As a Dental Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and upholding our commitment to quality and integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Track the status of outstanding insurance claims, document follow-ups, and communicate with clients.
- Submit claims and attachments to insurance companies in a timely manner.
- Analyze denial reasons and address them accordingly.
- Generate reports on OI processing and ensure monthly completion.
- Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievance and appeals.
- Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis.
- Update office trackers with payment information.
- Complete assigned tasks and generate EFT reports.
- Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for accurate posting.
- Process insurance payments according to office preferences.
- Identify insurance process updates and communicate findings to the team.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to work schedules.
- Achieve goals and complete tasks efficiently.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in dental insurance or collections industries.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in collections.
- Motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
