The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Crew Officer
  • Conducting thorough interviews, briefings, and onboarding sessions for new crew members.
  • Efficiently managing global crew changes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Overseeing the evaluation and development of crew performance, including training programs and adherence to OM matrix regulations.
  • Verifying and approving expenses related to crew operations, maintaining accurate records.
Maritime Purchaser
  • Identifying, negotiating, and sourcing essential supplies, including chemicals, provisions, and PPE for vessels.
  • Managing inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy within systems, and collaborating with technical experts.
  • Coordinating effectively with onboard management teams to address vessel requirements.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with senior purchasing officers and accounting departments.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Shipping or Maritime industry, preferably in related roles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong understanding of operational procedures and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
