Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our growing business.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating order, building systems, and executing tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards that allow the business to run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
  • Set up and manage automation workflows using platforms like Zapier or GoHighLevel.
  • Recommend and implement systems that improve productivity and solve operational challenges.
Data Management
  • Build dashboards that integrate data from Shopify, Square, and other platforms to provide valuable insights.
  • Create reports to track key performance indicators, sales performance, and staff productivity.
General Support
  • Execute project-based operational tasks as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Take ownership of administrative and organizational needs to free up leadership's time.
  • Assist with recruitment workflows, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews for local studio staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or project support.
  • Experience with workflow/automation platforms (preferably Zapier or similar) and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong English communication skills.
