About Digital Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to drive audience growth and demand generation by creating engaging content and optimizing marketing operations for sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audience Growth: Drive audience growth and engagement across both brands.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms.
  • Video Production: Develop scripts, collaborate with the team, design graphics, and edit footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos with captions and on-brand visuals.
  • Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain and update websites with light SEO optimization.
  • Campaign Performance Insights: Build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights.
  • Collaboration with SDRs: Collaborate with SDRs to coordinate sends, handoffs, and effective content utilization.

  2. Strong video production and graphic design capabilities.
  3. High-quality, repurposed content across channels and formats.
  4. Efficient marketing operations, reporting, and analytics.
  5. Strong planning and organization across multiple products and brands.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy.
  • Graphic Design Expertise: Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Video Editing Proficiency: Proficient in video editing tools including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Project Management: Highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • CMS Platform Experience: Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics, and presentation tools.
