We are seeking a creative and innovative professional to join our team as a GenAI Copywriter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality ad copy that resonates with target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital writing, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital agency setting. They will also have a deep understanding of how content can play out across multiple mediums and be able to use data and insight to inform creative decisions.

The successful candidate will be confident in presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and projects are constantly changing. They will also be passionate and inspiring, with a flair for words and the ability to think conceptually when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, innovative content that engages readers and encourages sharing.
  • Mastery of various brand voices and close collaboration with clients to create compelling concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
  • Drive creativity, working closely with the creative lead to ensure excellence in all aspects of content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Training team to explore, implement, and explain new GenAl techniques to enhance user output quality.
  • Work with our teams to test new features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience writing for digital media (minimum 3+ years of experience).
  • Deep understanding of how content plays out across various platforms.
  • Able to leverage data and insights to inform creative choices.
  • A flair for storytelling.
  • Able to think creatively when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Confident in presenting and communicating ideas to others.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and projects.
  • Passionate and inspiring, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Able to learn new software and tools efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
