Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telephone Research Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that involves conducting outbound calls to collect data on provider services and evaluating consumer experiences through phone inquiries.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering predetermined data about provider services, documenting conversations with precision and clarity, and sending feedback to stakeholders through well-crafted emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calling and offline inquiries according to defined targets
  • Engage clients in phone conversations as potential customers in a professional manner
  • Gather data about provider services
  • Document conversations accurately and clearly
  • Send feedback to stakeholders through high-quality emails
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience handling voice accounts for US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages
  • Deep understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing
  • Strong knowledge of credit checks and credit requirements
