  1. Data Input and Management: Responsible for data input, management, and maintenance of internal and external reports in collaboration with, and under the direction of senior team members.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify data entry requirements.
  3. Data Entry Standards: Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company policies.
  4. Report Generation and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data entry metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve data entry issues in a timely manner.
  6. Invoicing and Billing: Managing invoicing, billing cycles, and working with expense reports and renewals.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & OneDrive (need to understand formulas, pivot tables, and formatting).
  2. Excel Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - Comparing data using XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP.
  3. Data Entry Expertise: Highly Proficient in Data Entry (collating data from multiple sources, able to piece together information and make adjustments based on multiple data sources).
