Quality Assurance Tester Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a functional tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Responsibilities
  • Analyze provided requirements and specifications to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality.
  • Execute testing activities to identify defects and ensure that all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret requirements, derive relevant test scenarios, and create comprehensive test cases.
  • Document defects accurately and correctly, and track reported defects until they are resolved.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience in Software Testing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, test planning, test case detailing, and defect tracking.
  • Experience working with database operations and API calls.
  • Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Requirements
  • Using your own device and maintaining a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 25 Mbps).
  • Working within a dedicated schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Manila Time).
  • Being available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekday working hours.
