Diligent Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is looking for a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the high quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Delve into customer experiences and assess associate performance, identifying areas that require improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback to team leaders and managers on opportunities for growth and development.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for scoring calls and providing real-time written feedback to clients. You will also create and manage scorecards, participate in weekly calls to discuss performance trends, and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization.
Requirements:- At least three years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.
