Job Summary

This role involves providing operational support for the global network environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations.

Your duties will include providing proactive and reactive support for all network hardware, software, and communication links.

You will work closely with project managers to integrate network setups and provide solutions to complex problems.

In addition, you will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance activities, such as code updates and equipment upgrades.

You will also manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.

Furthermore, you will respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support.

You will be required to participate in the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including updating engineering documentation changes due to operational changes, escalation procedures and vendor contracts.

Other key responsibilities include incident management, problem management, change management, capacity management, security compliance, audit compliance, operational-related moves, adds, changes and deletes (MACD) and adherence to operational standards.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years extensive experience in networking technologies.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Practical technical knowledge on CISCO Networking Technologies.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High-level technology problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
