Job Title: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to automate critical insurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile/scrum methodologies. They should also have experience with ETL, data pipelines, and containerization. In addition, they should have excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows that integrate AI models with existing insurance systems and processes. They will also develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions enhanced with AI capabilities for claims processing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI/ML models for insurance-specific use cases
  • Develop natural language processing solutions for document analysis and customer inquiry automation
  • Build computer vision systems for automated damage assessment and document processing
  • Create recommendation engines for personalized insurance products and pricing optimization
  • Deploy AI models in production environments with proper monitoring, scaling, and maintenance protocols
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role
  • Advanced SQL skills; ability to write complex queries and optimize performance
  • Strong programming experience in Python or Java is a plus
  • Familiarity with MongoDB is a plus
