We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate new business amounts covered and rates, ensuring accuracy and precision in all calculations.
  • Communicate with Marketing Professionals for interview and verification regarding invoices, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Accurately encode motor policies, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Distribute motor policies to Marketing Professionals or Clients after issuance, ensuring prompt delivery and follow-up.
  • Explain policy details to clients, including deductibles during claims and instructions for accident reports and documents, promoting clear understanding and confidence.
  • Compute and provide the best quotations to close motor insurance sales, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create monthly sales reports and other required reports for the dealer, facilitating data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.
Rewards:
  • Remind clients of policy expiry with permission, ensuring timely renewal and minimizing lapses.
  • Provide motor insurance quotations to clients, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
  • Issue policies upon closing the sale, streamlining the process and enhancing customer experience.
  • Send renewed motor policies to clients and banks (if mortgaged), confirming receipt and completion.
  • Advise clients on payment processes, including options through Metrobank, payment allowances, and representatives, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Explain policy coverage duration matching with plate numbers if desired, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
  • Advises clients on policy flow and coverage after sale closure, reinforcing understanding and support.
  • Create monthly renewal reports for the dealer and AXA accounting, promoting data-driven insights and performance optimization.
Claims Support:
  • Assist clients during claims processes, providing empathetic support and guidance.
  • Advise on requirements and help fill out the VARF, simplifying the process and ensuring completeness.
  • Check completeness of claim documents, verifying accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Explain client's payment obligations post-vehicle repair, including deductibles and betterment shares for vehicles over three years old, promoting clarity and fairness.
  • Update clients on LOA status, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Reach out when LOA is ready or if documents are pending, proactively addressing concerns and issues.
  • Provide claims updates and address client concerns, maintaining open communication and building trust.
  • Provide contact information of estimators and follow-up contacts for repairs if necessary, facilitating seamless coordination and resolution.
  • Proactively follows up on claims to meet TAT targets, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
