Key Performance Analyst

The role of a Key Performance Analyst involves helping marketers understand the key touchpoints that drive revenue, enabling informed budget allocation and strategic improvements.

Utilizing AI-powered tools, this position automates data analysis tasks, providing actionable insights without requiring extensive technical expertise.

This analyst leverages AI to streamline workflows by identifying high-potential accounts, relevant contacts, and summarizing account context for effective outreach.

Our company has experienced remarkable growth, scaling from zero to multi-millions in annual recurring revenue with hundreds of customers, including prominent B2B companies such as Outreach, Redis, RealPage, and Appsflyer.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer reporting methods and create tailored dashboards within our tool.
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with complex implementation tasks.
  • Become an expert in analytical capabilities and train other team members.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for working with data.
  • Previous experience with SQL/BI systems/Salesforce is beneficial but not mandatory.
