We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Integration Engineer to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring clients and partners receive top-notch fault detection and diagnostics products.

Key Responsibilities
  • We need someone to deliver high-quality support to clients and partners by collaborating on onboarding projects and communicating timelines and milestones.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct thorough onboarding activities, including installing Data Collection Services, discovering data, and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.
  • They should assist in troubleshooting Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customers' HVAC equipment.
  • This role involves reviewing and validating the results reported by software after taking requests from customers.
  • Our ideal candidate will provide training and engagement for customer and partner users on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
  • Ongoing support of connected sites is also essential.
Qualifications
  • We require a confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly grasp new technologies individual.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers and partners.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 5–6 years of industry experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus is an asset.
  • Knowledge of BAS networking principles is essential.
  • A strong verbal and written communication skillset is necessary.
  • Ideal candidates have experience in automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
  • Ideal candidates also have exposure to metadata applications like Project Haystack.
