Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Modeler to develop and maintain accurate 3D models for building projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Autodesk Revit, including content and family creation, and experience with Australian Building and BIM Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery.
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and be able to produce highly coordinated models. Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is an added advantage.
