Remote Bookkeeping Position

This is a virtual bookkeeper role that requires strong QuickBooks Online expertise to support accounting operations during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of bookkeeping experience, 1+ year of QuickBooks Online experience, and 1+ year of project management experience.

The Role's Responsibilities
  • Process data entry in QuickBooks Online
  • Handle daily sales entries using POS systems
  • Support the accounting team during peak periods
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure data accuracy and organization

Work Setup
  • Remote position

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST
  • 20-40 hours per week
Compensation
