About the Position

We are seeking a Global Finance Excellence Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, drive financial savings, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in program or project management, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and defining program requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting Green Belt and Lean training programs within Finance, facilitating the Leadership Steering Committee to tollgate GB/BB projects and Kaizens, and managing the documentation and status of all GB/BB/Lean projects. Strong analytical skills, ability to make sense out of messy data, and experience driving end-to-end delivery with results-oriented communication are essential.

This role also requires knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for finance and process improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the idea management (ideation to implementation) process.
  2. Conduct VSMs and FMEAs to identify improvement opportunities as and when needed.
