Job Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, utilizing strong communication skills and product knowledge to resolve issues.

  • Collaborate with the Support team through proper channels to respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the Research and Development team.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • A positive attitude and focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning and growing business and technical skills.
  • Respect for others and commitment to a positive, ethical workplace.
  • Knowledge of group insurance, health benefits, or property and casualty/risk management is advantageous.
