Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone who is fluent in English, quick-thinking, clear and efficient in communication, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.

This role involves handling general inbound phone inquiries, primarily from customers without internet access, assisting them with order placements and answering basic questions related to products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers in placing orders via phone
  • Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
  • Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate call and order records
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and represent the company positively
  • Collaborate with the team for continuous process improvement

  • Proven experience in customer service (voice support preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
