About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Preschool Teacher & Curriculum Specialist who will play a pivotal role in nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in young children.

This position combines hands-on classroom engagement with shaping our progressive, child-centered curriculum. We are looking for someone creative, consistent, insightful and intentional who can design meaningful learning experiences while collaborating with families and colleagues to support every child's development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teaching and Engagement: Foster a love of learning in children through creative and age-appropriate activities.
  2. Curriculum Development: Design and implement holistic lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and parents to provide individualized support and promote each child's growth and well-being.
  4. Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of a progressive, child-centered curriculum.
  5. Quality Assurance: Review lesson plans and written works to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
  • A college graduate preferably in Education or Psychology.
  • Experience in teaching young children using inquiry-based or Reggio Emilia-inspired approaches is an asset.
  • A passionate, dependable, collaborative and willing-to-learn individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact on young lives.
