Business Mortgage Credit Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Mortgage Credit Analyst to perform thorough credit analyses of mortgage applications, evaluate financial data and credit reports, and provide recommendations to facilitate the approval process.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst looking to leverage their expertise in Australian mortgages and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Assessment: Conduct detailed credit assessments of mortgage applicants, evaluating financial information, credit history, and risk factors to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Mortgage Approval Process: Collaborate with mortgage brokers and lenders to ensure seamless approval processes and maintain compliance with Australian lending laws and regulations.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders, providing clear and concise analysis of mortgage applications.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in the Australian mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and credit assessment processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
