We are seeking a highly experienced Distribution Channel Expert to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute distribution channel strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes.
  • Ensure distributor satisfaction by providing regular sales calls, timely product delivery, and addressing distributor inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product availability to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market information to develop strategies, plans, and sales forecasts.
  • Secure proper credit recommendations for all accounts and provide price quotations within established ranges.
  • Oversee the flow of sales operations from ordering to delivery.
  • Collect receivables and manage inventory levels to maintain efficient storage and distribution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least three to five years of experience in construction or distribution industries.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid professional driver's license.
  • Willingness to work in Central Luzon and nearby areas.
