Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Screening Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting top talent from a variety of sourcing channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience with applicant tracking systems and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media and job boards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Use your expertise to identify and address any recruitment challenges or issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
