About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Listings Manager to join our team. As a Product Listings Manager, you will be responsible for tracking, optimizing, and managing product listings on Target+ during their initial launch phase.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and managing listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
  • Collaborating with Creative and SEO teams to acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
  • Troubleshooting issues encountered when publishing creative content and communicating effectively among involved parties.
  • Managing timelines for seasonal content.
  • Oversight of the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
  • Collaboration with Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
  • Ensuring all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
  • Creating product variations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
  • Handling listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
  • Utilizing Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress.
  • Performing regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitoring account health, and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
