Client Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client-facing efforts and drive growth through strong, lasting relationships. This critical role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and intelligence to represent the quality and professionalism of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role. They should be fluent in English, tech-savvy, and business-oriented with a proven track record of managing full client journeys from initial lead to long-term care.

  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client hiring needs.
  • Presentation of services with confidence and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Guide clients through every step, including calibration, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations.
  • Becoming the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.

Strong CRM and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. The Client Success Manager will also be responsible for building and managing their own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
