Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

• Assist with managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including aging reports and collection records.
• Support the credit evaluation process for new and existing clients, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information within our system, ensuring seamless communication and data integrity.
• Process incoming payments and allocate them to the appropriate accounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor customer compliance with payment arrangements and follow up on any necessary actions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to accounts receivable and collections, driving continuous excellence within our organization.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Excel and database management systems, is also essential.
