  • Manage withdrawals, deposits, and transfers to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Coordinate bookings in and out of cash from Treasury to Central cash to maintain a balanced cash flow.
  • Perform ATM and monthly reconciliation to guarantee accurate account balances.
  • Maintain daily cash management through balancing and ensuring sufficient working stock.
  • Identify and suggest sales leads, enabling cross-selling of products and referring to relevant departments for action.
  • Handle all client account enquiries to provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Administer customer account records, including opening, closing, stop payments, stop orders, and main file changes.
  • Issue account statements and credit cards to clients as required.
  • Encode and issue bank cards to clients.
  • Conduct daily balancing of working stock to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform any other function assigned by the Branch Manager.
