Job Title: Data Insights Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Data Insights Developer to join our growing data team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for shaping high-quality data sets that fuel business intelligence dashboards and reports. Your expertise in SQL will enable you to turn raw data into actionable insights, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models and visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Create optimized SQL queries for data cleaning, transformation, and metric development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions
  • Design scalable data architectures and ensure pipelines are reliable and high-performing
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Insights Developer
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations and calculations
  • Experience building data models and visualizations for reporting
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
