Healthcare Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the front office workflow of our physical therapy clinic. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support and a welcoming experience for patients from their first interaction through ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and SMS patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-ups, and referrals while ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Verifying insurance coverage and coordinating with billing staff as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and needs promptly
  • Supporting front desk workflow, including reminders, forms, and general inquiries
  • Collaborating with in-person staff to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, reception, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working standard business hours (Pacific Time)
