Clinical Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will serve as the key clinical operations representative for our enterprise clients in their assigned regions. This position ensures exceptional delivery of our clinical services across onsite and virtual channels, providing case management and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Reporting
    • The successful candidate will act as the main clinical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
    • They will own the delivery and quality of monthly clinical reports and insights.
    • Tracking SLAs and proactively addressing any gaps or risks will be a critical aspect of this role.
    • The candidate will attend client-facing meetings, facilitate escalations, and lead regular reviews.
    • Supporting solutioning for special projects (e.g., Return-to-Work, critical incidents, program deployments) will also be required.
  • Clinical Service Oversight
    • The candidate will ensure clinician rosters are filled and services delivered on time across onsite and virtual channels.
    • Managing transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk or complex cases will be an essential responsibility.
    • Monitoring clinical quality benchmarks for delivery operations, helpline, care navigation, and counselling teams will be crucial.
    • The candidate will co-develop and localise SOPs for country-specific delivery requirements.
    • Coordination with various teams to refine workflows and client-facing experiences will be necessary.
  • Clinician Management & Quality
    • The successful candidate will be the people manager for assigned onsite or regional clinicians (counsellors and psychologists).
    • They will monitor session quality, flag performance issues, and provide developmental feedback.
    • Conducting orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians will be an important task.
    • The candidate will align clinicians with internal clinical policies, ethics, and SOPs.
    • Coordination of reflective practice, peer case discussions, and alignment to organisational goals will be required.
    • Providing Clinical Supervision in group and individual settings will also be a responsibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects
    • The candidate will collaborate with other teams on improvements to service experience and workflows.
    • Contributing to new program planning, pilot rollout, or clinical enhancement projects will be necessary.
    • Engagement in cross-country best practice exchange and maintenance of regional alignment will be required.
