Job Description

Mosra Automation Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR and Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database, ensuring all information is complete and current.
  • Process and file various forms, facilitating a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with clients and banks to ensure timely collection and transaction schedules.
  • Prepare financial reports, including checks, deposits, and vouchers, as well as telegraphic and SOA reports.
  • Stay knowledgeable about government-mandated contributions and online filing requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with BIR Forms, EWT, VAT, and other relevant financial documents.
  • Ensure the Finance Department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing support as needed.
  • Prepare monthly reports to track departmental performance.HR Assistant Responsibilities:
    • Administer permits and annual activities for the company.
    • Assist in the hiring process, ensuring all necessary steps are taken.
    • Support the DTR and payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare contracts, training materials, and execute company orientation programs.
    • Facilitate medical assistance, supplies, gas, RFID, OB forms, company vehicle PMS, booking, and flights.
    • Prepare and monitor letters, memos, and utilities as needed.
    • Prepare monthly reports to track departmental performance.
