Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at Gemphil Technologies, Inc. in Cabuyao, Laguna.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for preparing all documents needed for compliance with BIR requirements, including GTech/GTech-Inter Trade/Neosid (1610E, 1601C, VAT, 1702Q) with coordination to the Accounting & Finance Department Head.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of GTech-Inter Trade Finance report, including monitoring, checking of materials issuance, and ensuring recorded data accuracy (unit, price, quantity, etc.)
  • Filing invoices and preparing summary of monthly sales reports for each customer, in preparation of Accounts Receivable monitoring
  • Monitoring Accounts Receivables to ensure timely collection, sending collection letters to customers if needed
  • Preparing Debit/Credit memos for suppliers/customers if needed
