
Remote Contact Center Agent

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief efforts. As a contact center representative, you will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers' experience during a difficult time.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, and possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also be able to type swiftly and accurately, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Escalate dissatisfaction to proper channels

- Must be 18 years of age or older
