Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead and manage our full spectrum of accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and cost analysis in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/accounts receivable, inventory, and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and external audit standards.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to the accounting team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the FMCG or non-food sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
