Job Overview
Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Helpers to support the daily operations of a food manufacturing facility. The role involves assisting in production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food production processes such as preparation, packing, and labeling
- Operate basic equipment and follow standard operating procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area
- Carry raw materials and finished products as needed
- Support machine operators and other team members in production tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- With or without work experience (experience in food manufacturing is an advantage)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours if necessary
- Responsible, honest, and with good work attitude
