Job Description:

The Finance team is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include analyzing data and trends by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information for accuracy, and preparing transaction and account reconciliations. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure financial data is accurate and complete before processing in Deltek Vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 1-5 years of experience in related field.
  • Industry experience preferred (Engineering/Architecture).
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of GAAP and FAR regulations.
  • Deltek Vision systems experience preferred.
