About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Campaign Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring timely execution, alignment with client strategies, and brand consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns across email and SMS platforms
  • Collect creative assets and specifications from clients
  • Capture and share screenshots of ad placements for client approval
  • Support client creative requirements and troubleshooting
  • Verify ad display functionality and technical compliance before launch
  • Make basic adjustments to creative assets (e.g., image sizing, edits)
  • Document campaign setups with screenshots and proper records
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and specifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems
  • Proficiency with ad-serving platforms and campaign management tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for creative assets and push notifications
  • Experience with screenshots, image adjustments, and mock-up creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to follow documented processes
  • Strong collaboration and follow-through skills across teams
