Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in advertising compliance, legal marketing review, or agency-side ASC coordination

Familiarity with ASC and PAGCOR requirements, including submission formats and wording standards

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal/regulatory guidelines

Experience working with marketing, legal, or regulatory teams

Bonus: Experience in industries with ASC 'must-screen' advertising categories such as gambling, alcohol, tobacco, health, etc,

Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring all SportsPlus marketing and promotional materials meet regulatory requirements, particularly ASC (Ad Standards Council) and PAGCOR advertising guidelines. This role helps minimize risk for the business by reviewing advertising copy, coordinating approvals, and maintaining documentation of compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:

· Review and screen all marketing materials (static, motion, SMS, PR) for ASC and PAGCOR compliance, especially for gambling or other 'must-screen' categories

· Prepare and submit ASC applications and revisions in a timely manner

· Coordinate directly with the ASC and internal stakeholders for feedback and approvals

· Maintain a database of approved materials and ASC certificates

· Train or brief internal teams on ASC requirements and updates as needed

· Flag and advise on non-compliant wording or creatives in ongoing campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
