About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Consultant to join our team in Makati. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute projects and advisory engagements, including developing economic capital and risk-based capital models, providing regulatory guidance, and evaluating IFRS 17 standards.
  • Evaluate and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems, conduct actuarial due diligence for M&A projects, and assist with internal audit reviews.
  • Deliver high-quality actuarial audit services, engage with clients directly, and oversee junior team members' service delivery activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Math or related field, with at least 6 years of experience in life insurance consulting or corporate setting.
  • Qualified or progressing towards actuarial exams specializing in Life, Risk, or Investments.
  • Strong understanding of economic trends and their implications, experience in finance/capital reporting, and knowledge of regulatory changes like risk-based capital and IFRS.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and client management skills.

Benefits
