Key Responsibilities

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to manage and maintain daily receiving and inventory management of financial documents in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

  • Effectively oversee the safe-keeping, storage, archiving, borrowing, and stocktaking of original financial documents, adhering to established operating policies and procedures.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and statistical data to track work progress and ensure acceptable KPI rates.
  • Collaborate with the Representative Office and Regional Office regarding finance process requirements, including audit requirements, proactive reviews, and ad-hoc tasks/reporting.
  • Support management with projects and activities such as internal control management, asset and inventory management, quality and operation management, employee reimbursement documentation, ensuring compliance with finance processes, and organizing improvement mechanisms.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
  • High understanding of finance and administrative work.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Relevant experience in admin or clerical work is preferred.
